Innovation and Improvement Senior Manager

Carrie Kouba is the Senior Manager of the Innovation and Improvement Department. She has been employed in education and professional development since 2001 and has taught K-12 students. Prior to joining the OPI she was a Principal at Lone Rock K-8 in Stevensville, MT and an Instructional Coach in Rochester, MN. Ms. Kouba completed her K-12 Principal Leadership at Saint Mary's University, Winona MN, her M. Ed in Teaching and Learning at Saint Mary's University, Winona Mn, and her B.S. in Instrumental music from Winona State University, Winona Mn. Ms. Kouba is passionate about providing professional development and coaching opportunities to all who touch the lives of children.
