REAP Resources

Small Rural School Achievement (SRSA) Federal Program

The purpose of this program is to address the unique needs of rural school districts that frequently lack the personnel and resources needed to complete effectively for Federal competitive grants and receive formula grant allocations in amounts too small to be effective in meeting their intended purposes.  Eligible LEAs may use these funds to carryout activities under any of the following programs:  Title I, Part A; Title II, Part A; Title III; and Title IV Parts A or B.  Funds may be flexed into any of these programs, but dollars may not be moved out of Title I, Part A.
