- Last Day for the OPI to Approve an Amendment on prior SY ESEA Consolidated Applications.
- Last Day for LEA to Obligate Funds on prior SY ESEA Consolidated Applications.

- Last Day for LEA to Liquidate Funds on prior SY ESEA Consolidated Applications.

- Current SY ESEA Consolidated Applications must be approved.

- LEA Final Expenditure Reports due for prior SY ESEA Consolidated Applications.
Cash requests are due on the 25th of each month and paid on the 10th of the following month. This process changes during the months of June and July.
- Cash requests submitted from April 26th through May 25th, will be processed and paid on June 10th.
- Cash requests submitted from May 26th through June 20th, will be processed and paid on June 27th.
- There will be no payments processed in the month of July, the next grant payment will be made on August 11th.
Districts missing the deadlines must submit a letter to the deputy superintendent, stating why the timeline was missed, and then give a plan to meet the due date in the future-this must come from the district board chairperson. Missing the deadlines can move the district onto the high-risk list!
