Robin Clausen, PhD – Robin is a fifth generation Montanan who has dedicated his life to education in Montana. He completed graduate studies at Penn State and University of Colorado, Boulder. He works closely with the Statewide Longitudinal Data System as their Stakeholder Liaison and Research Analyst. He is also Principal Investigator for a National Center for Education Research grant.

Nicole serves on the Montana Office of Public Instruction’s Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) team as the Applied Analytics Trainer. The best part of her job is working with school teams on GEMS data dashboards and the Early Warning System to get creative with using data for student success. She feels fortunate that her work with the Montana SLDS closely aligns with her studies as a PhD candidate at Montana State University with research interests in student mobility patterns.
