2022 Montana DRIVE One-Day Summer Workshops in Lewistown, MT

June 6 through August 11, 2022

REGISTRATION OPENS FEBRUARY 1, 2022

TO REGISTER FOR AN ADULT WORKSHOP USING THE ONLINE FORM BELOW: Choose a date (and alternate) from the workshop calendar, complete the form, and submit to the OPI. You will receive an email with your registration details.

Billing Contact: If you are NOT paying for the workshop yourself, PLEASE provide the name and contact information of the billing contact, the person who will process payment for you. If you are paying for the workshop yourself, put your name down as the billing contact.

If there is a problem with the registration, we will email or call the billing contact. An invoice will be emailed and due within 30 days or prior to the workshop date. Adult workshops cost $335 and must be prepaid. Workshops are not confirmed until paid in full.

Upon full payment, a workshop confirmation for each driver will be emailed to the driver or billing contact. IF CONTACT INFORMATION IS NOT PROVIDED FOR THE DRIVER, THE BILLING CONTACT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GIVING THE CONFIRMATION TO THE DRIVER(S) THEY REGISTER.
