IN MONTANA, SCHOOL DISTRICTS ARE REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT PART B, SECTION 619 PRESCHOOL SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AGES 3-5 WITH DISABILITIES. FOLLOW THE LINK TO ACCESS GUIDANCE ON THE ELIGIBILITY DETERMINTATION PROCESS AND OFFER SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PROGRAM (IEP) TEAMS IN ENSURING THAT CHILDREN RECEIVE A FREE APPROPRIATE EDUCATION (FAPE) IN THE LEAST RESTRICTIVE ENVIRONMENT (LRE).
