Special Education in Early Childhood

 Access information and supports that help meet the unique needs of young learners with disabilities. These resources are designed to assist educators, families, and community partners in fostering inclusive environments where every child can grow, learn, and succeed. 

Early targeted interventions

Learn more about Classroom-based, Home-based, and summer Jumpstart programming designed to support early literacy and numeracy development for our youngest learners. These recently implemented programs are guided by state legislation and supported by community partners, offering a variety of strategies to help build foundational skills across Montana.
