Tech Directors: To access a machine readable version of the official Montana Technology Content Standards, please visit the IMS Global CASE Network site. Create a free login, select Montana Office of Public Instruction, and view or download the standards. aiEDU AI Trailblazer Fellowships

AI Trailblazer Fellowships are a great chance for teachers to learn the foundations of AI literacy and practice implementing new curriculum in their classrooms.

Participants will receive an $875 stipend and will be required to:

  • Be a current K–12 classroom teacher in the U.S.
  • Teach 2–3 aiEDU lessons this fall.
  • Attend 5 live virtual sessions between September and November 2025.
  • Be comfortable recording themselves teaching and collecting student release forms

Standards Revision Information

New standards were adopted November 5, 2020.  Effective date is July 1, 2021.

The Board of Public Education (BPE) approved the Technology Integration Standards at their November 5, 2020 meeting. Please check the BPE website for further details. The implementation date for the new standards is July 1, 2021.
