    1. Each district must determine an individual who will be responsible for the district's entries to the Technology Readiness Tool (TRT). This person will usually be a district technology coordinator or other administrator.


    2. The district representative must request a user account for the Technology Readiness Tool at http://techreadiness.net.


    3. The State Readiness Coordinator will confirm the request for an account. When the account is confirmed, the new user will receive an e-mail from the TRT to set up a password for the account.


    4. Use the Montana User Guide and Worksheet to discuss and review each portion of the TRT before entering data.
