Meet the System of Care Tribal Wraparound Project Team

    Fitzgerald Clark
    Wraparound Coach,
    Billings Office

    Fitzgerald (Jerry) Clark joined the OPI Wraparound team this past September. Fitzgerald has worked in the health and health education field for 10 years and has spent most of his adult life working with youth and young adults. Fitzgerald has experience working with Native American communities in Montana to improve the health and education of youth and young adults from middle school through college and is excited to work with more tribal communities through his work with OPI.

  • Crystal Hickman

    Crystal Hickman
    Wraparound Coach,
    Billings Office

    Crystal Rondeaux Hickman is an enrolled member of the Apsaalooke Tribe and of Northern Cheyenne descent. She is a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and daughter. She values spending time with her family above all else. Crystal has worked in the human services and community organizing fields for 20 years. She is passionate about working with the resilience of tribal people, youth empowerment, and giving voice to those who have none.

  • Karla Two Two

    Karla Two Two
    Project Coordinator,

    Karla Two Two, a member of the Northern Cheyenne Tribe, has been employed with the Office of Public Instruction as a Project Assistant/Coordinator for the Tribal Wraparound Project for the past 5 years. Karla came to the OPI after working with the MT/WY Tribal Leaders Council for 7 years where she helped administer the SAMHSA Access to Recovery Grants II & III as a project assistant. Karla enjoys indoor/outdoor gardening, reading and spending time with family.

  • Kenny Shane

    Kenny Shane
    Crow Public Schools
    Wraparound Facilitator

    Kenny Shane is a member of the Apsaalooke tribe and a descendant of the Absentee Shawnee tribe of Oklahoma. Kenny is a member of the sacred Tobacco Society of the Apsaalooke people. He values supporting his wife and four sons in all their activities. Kenny believes that it is important to support and encourage his sons in everything. Kenny's message to his sons, "Champions are made, NOT born, start making yourself a champion today!" He brings this message to all youth that he comes in contact with every day. Kenny has been working with youth since 1994 in many different capacities. He believes that it is important to "walk the walk if you are going to talk the talk" when it comes to working the youth.

  • Tina Jackson

    Tina Jackson
    Family Engagement Specialist,
    Billings Office

    Tina Jackson is a member of the Tohono O'odham Nation and a descendant of the San Carlos Apache Tribe. She lived on the Fort Peck reservation in Northeastern Montana for 19 years with her family. Tina now makes her home in Billings and is the Family Engagement Specialist for The OPI Wraparound Project. Tina enjoys eating, beading, quilting, sewing and photography. She loves to spend time with her family and her faith community. Tina is passionate about involving family and youth voice in the work of creating positive systemic change and works diligently to create spaces for this to happen.

  • Lih-An Yang

    Lih-An Yang
    Frazer Public Schools
    Wraparound Facilitator

    Lih-An Yang joined the OPI wraparound team in July 2019. She grew up in Taipei, Taiwan and moved to the U.S. with her family when she was 15. She has a B.S. in geology & environmental studies from Tufts University, and M.S. in land rehabilitation from MSU-Bozeman. While natural resource conservation has always been her interest, the need to “Thank Heavens” the Chinese way has always driven her belief in giving back to the community. Lih-An, her husband Andrew McKean, and their three children have called Glasgow home since 2002. They enjoy running, hiking, hunting, cooking, and gardening.

    Wraparound Facilitator

    Patti Carrywater, a member of the Gros Ventre Tribe in Fort Belknap, is the Wraparound Facilitator for the Hays/Lodgepole Public Schools. Patti is the mother of three daughters and a grandmother to nine grandchildren ranging in ages of 17 and two. Patti graduated from Fort Belknap College in 1990 and continued her education at Montana State University Northern. Pattie has worked for the Fort Belknap Indian Community in various capacities including being a member of the Fort Belknap Tribal Council. Patti absolutely loves her job and feels blessed to be a part of this wonderful process of helping students become more successful in everything they set their minds to.

  • Stephanie Iron Shooter

    Stephanie Iron Shooter
    AMERICAN INDIAN SCHOOL wellness COORDINATOR,
    Billings Office

    Stephanie Iron Shooter comes from the Sicangu Oyate of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe located on the Rosebud Indian Reservation in Rosebud, South Dakota and the White Clay People location on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation in Montana. She is the Caring Schools Coordinator for the MT OPI SAMHSA funded Systems of Care Tribal Wraparound Project that serves Native American Youth and families across Montana. Stephanie has sat on the Montana Governor’s State Suicide Mortality Review Team and currently sits on the Montana Attorney’s General Native American Domestic Violence Fatality Review Team. Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

    I am a Nakota Aaniiih from Ft Belknap Montana. I have been employed as a Domestic Violence Advocate, a TANF/GA Caseworker, and Tribal Court Clerk. Recently I have joined the MMIW family and I advocate for many people and issues. I enjoy volunteering in the community and hosting free events for kids. I have experience in the schools and am excited to be returning to work with children again. I am very passionate about every person feel empowered, encouraged and celebrated! I was very fortunate to be raised by my traditional Nakota grandparents who instilled in the me the value of family and education. In my free time I enjoy crafting, beading, sewing and cooking.

    I am a Tribal Enrolled member of the Fort Peck Assiniboine & Sioux Tribe. I was born and raised in a small community on the east part of the reservation (Fort Kipp). I am a mother of 7 children two of whom I have adopted. And have 10 grandsons and 4 granddaughters. My husband and I have always given back to our communities. I enjoy working with our youth and elderly, serving them to best of my ability.

  • Tauzha Grantham

    Tauzha Grantham
    Communications
    Coordinator

    Tauzha Grantham believes in the power of the next generation and is honored to join the OPI Wraparound Team. She is a member of the Little Shell Chippewa Tribe and also celebrates her Mexican, English, Irish and French ancestry. Tauzha spent the last 15 years with the Montana Conservation Corps (MCC) working to engage young people in service learning by connecting them to land, their peers and the outdoor world. Tauzha enjoys exploring new places and a good donut.
