Summer Institute WEST - Instruction that
Counts!
The Montana Association of Supervision and Curriculum
Development, Helena Public Schools, Missoula
County Public Schools, Bozeman Public Schools,
and the Office of Public Instruction are sponsoring
a Summer Institute, June 10-12, 2002 at Carroll
College in Helena, MT.
This institute is designed as a hands-on, working
institute to provide Montana educators with
research-based content to help improve the performance
of each Montana student. Featured topics are
Brain-Based Teaching and Learning, Classroom
Instruction that Works, Using your Data to make
Instructional Decisions, and Leadership for
Learning.

Alignment!
The Montana Association of Supervision and Curriculum
Development, Prairie View Special Education
Cooperative, CSPD, Dawson County Superintendent
of Schools, and the Office of Public Instruction
are sponsoring a Summer Institute June 13-14,
2002 at the Glendive Carney Center in Glendive,
Montana.
This institute is designed to help Montana educators
learn about aligning curriculum to standards
and instruction. Instructional Alignment is
a process that has proven to be a key strategy
in creating high achieving classrooms, schools,
and school districts.
