TEAMS (Teaching Engineering Applications in Math and Science) is a partnership between Montana State University - College of Engineering and College of Education, Health and Human Development with funding from the Toyota Foundation.
The next MSU TEAMS workshop will be June 23-25, 2010
Engineering and education faculty will be teaching lessons that lend themselves to engineering applications in math and science teaching. Participants (teachers) will learn about engineering and provide feedback and ideas on how to incorporate engineering into their classrooms.
YOU SHOULD ATTEND the MSU TEAMS workshop:
1. If you have attended TEAMS in the past we want you to come back and spend a couple of days writing a lesson for your classroom with an engineering application.
2. If you have not attended a TEAMS workshop before but are interested in what engineering can teach us about math and science teaching.
3. You would like to earn a $ stipend, OPI renewal credit, receive free room, board and transportation to Bozeman.
If you are interested in attending the TEAMS workshop please contact Sheree Watson at 406-994-6723 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
