The webinar Employment for Youth with Intellectual Disabilities: Strategies for Instruction  is two part session that focuses on the importance of the job coach in maximizing student independence, competence, and confidence in employment.

 
Save the Date: Implementing Social Skills Training Groups for Students with ASD – Missoula, March 11

This workshop will provide school professionals* with specific knowledge and skills on how to implement a social skills group for children with ASD and related disorders that is evidence-based, data-driven, inexpensive, and engaging for children. The workshop is interactive and participants will role play and practice the skills throughout the day. This event is for special educators, speech and language pathologists, school psychologists, paraeducators, counselors, etc.

Registration will open in February and will be advertised through the Montana Autism Education Project blog.
