Wednesday, February 27, 2013, 9:51 am

On track in Lewistown, Montana, since 1979, the advanced driving one-day workshops operated by the Montana Office of Public Instruction (OPI) run June 10 to August 9 this summer. Each one-day workshop provides quality one-on-one instruction limited to 12 participants with 4 professional instructors.  The cost is $290 if registered by March 15. After this date, the cost will be $299.

Montana teachers can take the workshop for one college credit from MSU-Northern or renewal units from OPI. This requires an additional day participating as a student teacher, submission of a short paper, and payment to MSU-Northern for the college credit.

Tell your students! Special teen workshops are offered July 15, 16, and 17 and State Farm Insurance scholarships of $200 are again available to offset the registration fee of $275.  To download the 2013 workshop schedule, registration forms, Teen Scholarship form, and learn about registration options, visit Montana DRIVE or call (406) 444-4432.
