Free and reduced-price school meal applications - eligiblity guidelines

In making eligiblity determinations for free and reduced-price meals, schools and institutions should use the current Income Eligibility Guidelines (IEGs). Eligibility determinations shall be effective for the certification period (from the date of the approval through the remainder of the current school year and up to 30 days of the following school year.)
