Cook Smart to Help Kids Eat Smart: Missoula, Montana

Plan to attend the first Cook Smart to Help Kids Eat Smart  workshop in Missoula, Montana on Thursday, April 7, 2011 from 10 am to 2 pm.  The workshop will review key concepts for planning, preparing and serving a healthful school meal that will help your foodservice program meet the new USDA meal standards and the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans.  This session is the first of a total of six regional workshops to be offered throughout the state in 2011.  Locations of future workshops include:  Havre, Kalispell, Bozeman, Miles City, and Sidney.
