Healthy School Recipe Roundup:

Montana Team Nutrition Program is excited to announce the Montana's Healthy School Recipe Roundup Competition.  We are looking for recipes which are colorful, tasty, eye-appealing and kid-friendly.  We invite all Montana School Food Service Directors to share a healthy school recipe which featuers USDA Commodity Food(s) and locally grown foods, when available.  School programs submitting an entry will receive a chance to win a $200.00 cash prize.  The top fifteen recipes will become part of the Montana Team Nutrition's Healthy School Recipe Roundup Booklet to be developed and distributed throughout the state in 2011-2012.  Recipes will be collected June 2010 through March 4, 2011.  Check out the following website for additional information and to submit your recipes:  http://www.opi.mt.gov/Programs/SchoolPrograms/School_Nutrition/HealthyMT.html#gpm1_4
