Cooks for Kids is a series of short training videos created by the National Food Service Management Institute that celebrates the fact that healthful food for children, can and should be served everywhere. This year episodes feature Cooking Green Across America, a showcase of recipes, techniques and practical solutions that schools can adopt to prepare healthier and environmentally sound meals.
The third episode of this national program features our own Missoula County Public Schools. A free screening debut, open to the public, is scheduled for March 4, 2010 at 5:30 pm at Sentinel High School in Missoula, Montana.
