Tuesday, October 29, 2013, 1:30 pm

The Montana Lawyer, a publication of the Montana Bar Association, recently published an article entitled Education advocacy for highly mobile children written by Patricia Julianelle, the legal director of the National Association for the Education of Homeless Children and Youth (NAEHCY). The article explains the educational rights of homeless school-aged children in Montana and across the nation and how attorneys can assist families and children with school access.
