CTE Student Participation (Enrollment) Reports WEBINAR

The annual CTE Student Participation Reports, formerly called the CTE Student Enrollment Reports, will be submitted this year via an online link.  A technical assistance WEBINAR using Adobe Connect will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2010, at 11:00 AM to help explain to CTE teachers and school district administration how to complete the online form and submit it.  This important webinar will be recorded and posted on the OPI Web site for teachers who are unable to join the live webinar.  There is no cost to attend and no registration is needed.  Simply click on the link below a few minutes before the start time to register as a GUEST (do not select "enter with your login and password" as no password is needed).  Be sure the speakers on your computer work so that you can hear the presentation.  Please test your connection ahead of time using the link also provided below if you have not previously attended a webinar from the OPI.  Official e-mail notification will go out to all Superintendents when the online process is available for teachers to complete and submit electronically.  OPI Program Specialists will also forward this information to their teacher listserves as well.  For more information, please contact Diana Fiedler, CTAE Division, at 406-444-9019.
