2012 - 2013 Annual Data Collection (ADC)
Tuesday, August 28, 2012, 10:40 amThe Annual Data Collection (ADC) application is open as of Tuesday, September 4, 2012. Access the application using Citrix usernames and passwords mailed to Authorized Representatives in mid-June at http://www.opi.mt.gov/ADC. Technical assistance resources are also available at that location. Colleen Hamer, Data Control Specialist, Accreditation Division, (406) 444-2410, chamer@mt.gov is the contact person regarding ADC. Please let her know if you have questions regarding the ADC.
Deadlines for the ADC are:

-Deadline for districts to submit ADC electronically to County Superintendents
-Districts also forward 1) Authorized Signature and Checklist 2) School Calendar(s) and 3) School Master Schedule(s) (grades 7-12) to County Superintendents
Wednesday, November 7, 2012
-Deadline for County Superintendents to submit ADC electronically to the OPI
-County Superintendents also forward 1) Authorized Signature and Checklist 2) School Calendar(s) and 3) School Master Schedule(s) (grades 7-12) to the OPI
December 1, 2012
- dateĀ by which all licenses must be current
