Test security guidelines have been developed by the Montana Office of Public Instruction to be used by system test coordinators and test administrators in order to maintain the integrity of all Montana Comprehensive Assessment System assessments. Below are resources to assist test coordinators, test administrators and other educational staff assisting with statewide assessments in understanging and following these policies. 2018 Procedures and Guidelines for MontCAS Assessment Test Security - This guide is to be used in conjunction with the MontCAS Test Coordinator, Test Administrator and accommodation guides and manuals for each MontCAS assessment. 

 

Forms

Test Administrator Test Security Agreement - This form is to be filled out by all test administration personnel, signed and returned to the System Test Coordinator prior to accessing the MSAA system.

System Test Coordinator Test Security Agreement - This form is to be filled out and signed by all system test coordinators.

Confidiential TIR - (Test Irregularity Report) A form to be used for reporting test security incidents.

MSAA 2018 Training Log - A log for use by District Test Coordinators to track training of Test Coordinators and Test Administrators.
