All that shows is a large blue Q with some simple rotating animation below it.

First, make sure they have the latest version of QuickTime by going under the Help menu within the player window and selecting the "about QuickTime" command. The latest version is 7.6. If you have an older version, you need to update for greater security and richer video. After installing or upgrading to version 7.6 for Windows and clicking on the live video link again, follow these steps: Under the Edit menu on the player window, select Preferences/QuickTime Preferences A dialog window opens Select the Advanced Tab located on the far right of the dialog Select "Use Safe mode" radio button in the Video section located in the middle of the dialog Click Apply and OK Close the player, come back by clicking the "Watch Now" button located on the Legislative video web page
