E-Grants applications are planned to be available on or about May 1st with preliminary allocations (Final allocations are not known until sometime in July)
LEAs can choose to submit the application using preliminary allocations. If the allocations change from preliminary to final and the application has been approved, an amendment must be created and submitted by the district AR to budget for the change. Obligations can begin July 1.
LEAs can wait until Final allcocations are known to submit the application. However, obligations will only be approved back to the submit date.
Applications are due September 1st.
The OPI will reveiw and approve on a first come first serve basis.
