General Troubleshooting

Note:  The Montana Office of Public Instruction no longer has data entry applications that require the use of the Citrix client.

Have someone else log on to your computer with their credentials. Then jump in and access Citrix with YOUR account.

If you can login and access applications, without getting the error, it is a problem with your profile. One of your IT people will need to rebuild your local profile for you.  

If you still receive the error, try a different computer. If you are able to log on to Citrix and access your applications using a different computer, the problem can be isolated to your computer. You will most likely need to update/reinstall the Citrix client on your local computer.
