How to reinstall the Citrix client

Note: This process absolutely requires administrative permissions on your computer to complete successfully. If you are uncertain if you have these permissions, you should have your local helpdesk person help you out.  

1. Download the new client from here: Windows Users  Macintosh Users 

Save it onto your desktop or somewhere you can find it later. 

2. Windows Users: Go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall anything that says Citrix, Metaframe, or Xenapp in the name. 
   Macintosh Users: Go under the Applications folder and delete (Move to Trash) and folder with the name "Citrix or Xenapp" 

3. Windows Users: Go to your C: Drive to your Program Files and/or Program Files (x86) folders and delete any folders that have Citrix, Metaframe, or Xenapp in the names. 

4. Restart your computer.

5. Install the client downloaded in step 1, selecting the default options.
