Forgot my login!

If you have forgotten your login information to update your Universal Application, go to this page:

http://jobsforteachers.mt.gov/PW_Request.php

We require your first and last name and the email address you used when you initially opened the application file.
If you can provide more information, such as User ID, Password, your security question and answer or Folio number (found on your Educator license) it will be helpful.

For security reasons, we do not automatically send User ID and Passwords. We check each request individually between the hours 8 am to 5 pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.
