Some Windows users may experience problems saving reports to their local C drive's "OPI Reports" folder. This folder is typically created when you first save reports from one of our Citrix applications.First, ensure that you have Read/Write rights to that folder. Some schools restrict users from saving to their local "C" drive.
After you launch into an application, such as ADC, the Citrix Application plugin will start. It will create a small red dot in the right side of your Toolbar.
Double clicking this "dot" will open the Citrix Connection Center dialog box. Click the "File Security" button located on the right.
Access level should be set to "Full Access" and the "Never Ask me again" option checked or you'll have to do this each time!
