Do we still have a subscription to Infotrac? I tried to log in this morning, but it failed.
The State of Montana has had a contract with Infotrac, for the past 10 years. This past spring the Montana State Library’s Networking Taskforce sent out a Request for Proposal, rated the numerous proposals sent in by companies, interviewed several of the top scoring companies and selected EBSCO as the statewide database.
The contract with Infotrac expired on August 31, 2011.
The statewide databases are funded through an allocation received by the Governor of Montana and allocated by the Montana state legislature. All Montana citizens can access EBSCOhost online resources in person or online at their local library's web site.
If you are a library in Montana, you have a subscription to EBSCO. Login to your account at the Montana State Library's Montana Library Directory page to get information to access your account and the EBSCO hotlinks.
