SRSA eligible district can REAP-Flex up to 100 percent of the use of funds from one federal program to another with one exception: No ESEA Title I, Part A funds can be Reap-Flex(ed) out of the program. Programs to which the use of funds may be Reap-Flex(ed) are: ESEA Title I, Part A; ESEA Title II Part A; ESEA Title II Part D, ESEA Title III; ESEA Title IV Part A, and ESEA Title V, Part A. Note again that the use of funds may be Reap-Flex(ed) into ESEA Title I, but NO use of funds can be redirected out of Title I.
