How do I determine the ESEA Title VI program component my district is eligible for?

Go to the Small, Rural School Achievement Program page on the US Department of education website at http://www.ed.gov/programs/reapsrsa/index.html.  Choose "Eligibility" from the menu, then select "State Eligibility Spreadsheets" for the current year which is the first link.  Find Montana in the list of states and open the eligibility spresdsheet in Excel.

The first sheet lists those eligible for the Small, Rural School Achievement (SRSA) Program.  The second sheet lists all Montana districts.  Those with RLIS in the last column are eligible for the Rural Low-Income School (RLIS) program.  All who are not eligible for either SRSA or RLIS are eligible to use the General Transferability authority
