Your client is still using the outdated domain name to log into METNET, "first.metnet.state.mt.us."
That domain was made obsolete 2 years ago by the Federal government, but we still used it to give users time to upgrade software or change the domain name.
We had the state switch it off permanently on Thursday.
The new domain to connect to METNET is "fc.metnet.mt.gov"
Before you log in, click either the setup button or the advanced toggle/setup button
When the resulting dialog box opens, replace the old with the new.
Save and log back in!
