When we print a report form an IRIS application, it won't print and will not appear on our computer.
When you first log into any application found on IRIS, our server prompts you and asks if you would like to give permission to save to the local drive.
Please click the OK button. Reports are designed to save on your computer for later retrieval and printing. The IRIS server will create a folder titled "OPI Reports" on your local drive (C:\ for Windows and Macintosh HD\Users for Macintosh) and place any report within this folder.
Failing to allow our server to write to your local machine will result in the report being printed to the server, which, in turn deletes the file.
