When I try to login to IRIS to enter my school district's data, I keep getting a "This page is under Construction." When are you guys going to finish the page?

The "Under Construction" error is due to the user not completely closing out a Web Browser window.

Typically users only keep one browser window open at a time, when they close that window after an IRIS session, it quits the browser.

New operating systems such as Windows 7 and Mac OS X keep applicatoins running after the user closes a window. The solution is to completely quit your Web browser then come back to Citrix. Then you will be able to log in to your IRIS application.
